Designed for Young Children
Kiko is built for children aged 4–10 and is intended to be used under parental supervision. All character content is crafted to be age-appropriate, positive and encouraging.
Conversation Content
Kiko characters are designed to have friendly, educational and supportive conversations. Characters focus on learning, creativity, nature, science and positive everyday habits.
Children's Privacy
We take children's privacy seriously and comply with applicable children's privacy laws. We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the App and do not use children's data for advertising.
Parental Involvement
A parent or guardian must create an account and agree to our Privacy Policy before a child can use Kiko. We encourage parents to explore the App alongside their child.
No Advertising to Children
Kiko does not display interest-based or behavioural advertising to children. We do not share children's personal information with third parties for commercial advertising purposes.
Data Deletion Rights
Parents can request deletion of their child's account and associated data at any time. We will process deletion requests promptly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
A Note on Honest Claims
We believe in being straightforward with parents. We will not claim that Kiko is "100% safe", "completely private" or "the safest kids app". No digital product can make those guarantees.
What we can tell you is that we take children's privacy seriously, we comply with applicable laws, we do not use children's data for advertising, and we make our full Privacy Policy and Terms available for your review.
